FISP Deadlines

‘A’ Cycle (Block Number Ends in 4, 5, 6, or 9)

Starts February 21, 2025 and ends on February 21, 2027

‘B’ Cycle (Block Number Ends in 0, 7, or 8)

Starts February 21, 2026 and ends on February 21, 2028

‘C’ Cycle (Block Number Ends in 1, 2, or 3)

Starts February 21, 2027 and ends on February 21, 2029

While the deadlines may seem far away, it is imperative to plan for and file as soon as possible. We further note that Parapet Wall Inspections must be filed by January 1, 2025 and once every year by January 1 thereafter. Parapet Wall Inspections affect almost all Buildings with parapets on their public right of ways, with few exceptions. These Parapet Wall Inspections can also be incorporated into the 10th Cycle FISP Report (if applicable to your Building) to reduce costs for that year.
